O you who believe Series Command 49 Surah Tauba: 23 The Prohibition of taking the Idolators as Supporters, even with Relatives يَـأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ ءَابَآءَكُمْ وَإِخْوَنَكُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ إِنِ اسْتَحَبُّواْ الْكُفْرَ عَلَى الإِيمَـنِ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِّنكُمْ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّـلِمُونَ O you who believe! Take not as supporters your fathers and your brothers if they prefer disbelief to belief.
