Promise- a word that's so bittersweet. Sweet, when made, and bitter when broken. But the things that are meant to be broken are plates and glasses, not promises, isn't it? They are rather meant to be conveyed from a set of lips to another, through kisses, a body to another through hugs, a soul to another through poems. Promises are meant to be sunsets and dogs, rasgullas at midnight and tea on rainy days, sometimes, cigarettes after sex with your beloved.
