I paddled up the incline, with some thoughts as numb as always, my eyes got wider and got stuck to nothingness. It surely was hot that day, the Sun was glaring at everything all around yet it felt like it had it’s grudges with me. Felt dizzy, the photons hitting me were surely hurting. The moment I lifted my head towards the merciless Sun, my eyes got flashed upon by brightness. Hasshhh! The brakes cried, my cycle brakes which had been brushed off by friction and all that was left of it now was the metal holder which tried it’s best to make that creepy sound and my legs which accompanied the road, kissing it all along, the last kissbite and then came the hault.
The blindness went off in an instant. I started paddling once again to breath the dust.

"Unexpected things occur when they are the least expected ".
I realized this when I saw her walking  towards the turn with her friend. I can’t remember people neither their names but maybe it was my conciousness besotted by her innocence which made me remember her's. Talking of her friend,  she and her name both were yet puzzling to me, although I bet she was my classmate when we were in 2nd standard.
