Education policies comes and go, but their words regarding discovery learning and creativity don't take much space on their documents and never implemented till now. We still focus on unskilled degrees. We still focus on the only lower layers of Bloom's taxonomy. Counting few examples should not be an excuse for our big country of multibillion population. Counting few examples is not success. You won a few matches, it doesn't mean you win world cup.
