           I have sometimes noticed in some application forms that 'student' is mentioned as an occupation. That sounds strange to me; but that's the reality. Our educational system is a slow poison that gradually kills the curiosity of a student in learning. Thus, he or she is forced to be a mere worker of the educational system. 

Without appreciating and focusing on the individual uniqueness, we are just forced to come up with an average intelligence. In this era, we have the facility to make things very attractive and even addictive. 

Why can't we transform the process of teaching and learning experience in that manner ? 

Why should we stick on to the age old methods ?
