BeOriginal 8 Apr 23 5:34 PM Black Saturday, the day of sorrow, A day of grieving for the morrow. A day of waiting, a day of pain, When hope seemsin vain. The tomb is sealed, the earth is still, A silence falls upon the hill. The world is dark, the sky is grey, As we reflect upon this day. On Black Saturday, we contemplate, The sacrifice that sealed our fateand paved the way to heaven's gate. A day of mourning and of sorrow, A day to reflect on what tomorrow may bring. For on the third day, The stone will roll, the tomb give way, And from the darkness, light will shine, As hope and new life are intertwined. So let us sit in quiet thought, As we remember what Christ brought, His death and resurrection, a gift so rare, That all who believe, with Him will share.
