ഗുണവൃത്തി വിവരണം –#ഭാഗവതം 🕉️ One should carefully study the functions of the three gunas and place sattva guna above rajoguna and tamo guna in everything. After that sattva guna should be conquered by sattva itself. So free yourself from the subtle body and reach me. Because sattva guna should not be the goal of life. If one devotes all his daily life and deeds to Me and lives for Me, he will not come under the influence of the three gunas.
