I stand here and fidget-- Stunned into laborious silence; Yet, I know that there's something, I need to accomplish; Something that's significant-- And that if I don't act now; Then, I'll lose my stance And I'll terribly regret it; But, another thought Inundates my mind-- A whisper that reminds me Of those instances When I've lost so many moments To fleeting, callous chance.
