I once implant a seed in our flower bed and you persuade me about the old, the grand and tall how we have grown. I show you the roots we've emerged from and the reach it has got in a decade or so. The storms we'd swept together and the symphonies we'd created as our folk. When it was dry you'd brought to my roots, When it was spring I'd color my leaves in verdant, lemon, and pink. And in summer we'd bask memories of the sun shadowing whom so ever taking under us, refuge. In winter, we'd sieve the sunbeams through our leaves. The seed germinates day by day and plants into a tree. You branch it to the nearest and I'm withering for you. what language am I supposed to speak, if not metaphoric? #plants #seasons #you #yqbaba
