sometimes neighborhood are with a better personality,and something special for them,but sometimes neighborhood is like ur dangerous enmy,whom we can't beat at a moment. All are not same like each other.some are helping and others are jealousy we needs always a better neighbors to keep alive our relationship between them, But sometimes it happens,may not be happen so according to me neighbors are good as well as bad having 50℅ in both of case.
