The cord of life The three gunas of man that is tamas rajas and sattva are the three realms in which he exists..and keeps oscillating throughout his life...never still in one realm..so one has to strive to find the cord which connects us to the ultimate truth and use it to give a meaning to our existence ...we have to go deep inside us through meditation...like the way to oceans treasures is by diving deep .. sometimes we might feel like going to the Himalayas for meditation..but actually our body is also like Himalayas with different chakras placed one above the other ...if we undertake this journey from the root till crown chakra..it's better perhaps in understanding ourselves than going to Himalayas for meditation . ©NC #meditation#thoughts#life
