Corporates are merely an extension of schools. 1. CEOs and Managers replacing Principals and teachers. 2. Audits replacing the Exams. 3. Rank cards replaced with performance metrics and KPIs. 4. Different subject periods replaced with various meetings. 5. Appraisal is like the Final exams. Only thing the corporates did not copy is the parents meet.
