God play the role of human to give them the immense wisdom for human. Goddess Laxmi felt jealous of five devotees who wanted Narayana as their husband or else they will kill themselves.
It is a duty of Lord to fulfill devotees wishes as it was under the rule of God book.
Laxmi maa asked Narayana that she is the right owner of her husband but he rejected her ego saying his heart is owned by lord shiva and devotees, but yes she holds a special position.
But goddess stays obstinate asking his heart to which Narayana left his abode and he uses his forgetfulness of memories.
