White Tu khud ke liye kya hai
or dusro ke liye kya hai ye to samay btata hai

jab hum dusri raah ki khojh me nikalte hai
tab nayi nayi chize pta chalti hai

jab hum ek umeed krte hai khud se
ki kuch kar rahe hai har din

to bas har vakt humara badalta hai
agar badalna chahe to

baki to sab upar wale par chodo
kyu bhale hi vakt lgta hai

par kuch accha jarur milta hai

In quiet stillness, breathe in deep,
Awakened soul from restful .
With steady mind and body pure,
In poses, we find life's allure.

The morning light, a gentle guide,
Through stretching limbs, where peace resides.
A bridge, a tree, the mountain tall,
In unity, we answer the call.

Balance found on mat so thin,
The outer calm reflects within.
Each movement, grace; each breath,
a song, In moments short, our spirits long.

Embrace the flow, let tensions cease,
In every pose, we find our peace.
Yoga's path, both old and new,
A journey inward, deep and true

White shyd ek rasta band hoga
par dusra rasta khulega jarur

agar ek raah nhi dikhti hai
to nayi raah jarur dekhegi

agar aj kuch socha bhi nahi hai

lekin jisne bura kiya hai usse

hum apni zindagi ki lahar ko rok nhi paaye

In summer’s golden sun they grow,
On branches swaying to and fro,
The mangoes, ripe with vibrant hue,
A feast for eyes and taste buds too.

Their skins, a blend of green and gold,
A tale of tropic warmth unfold,
Within, a treasure sweet and bright,
The taste of sunshine, pure delight.

From orchards lush to bustling street,
Their fragrance, rich and ripe, we greet,
A symbol of the season’s cheer,
The mango, fruit we hold so dear.

In slices, cubes, or nectar's pour,
They bring a joy we all adore,
A burst of summer in each bite,
A tropical dream in every night.

So let us cherish mango’s charm,
With flavors that our hearts disarm,
A gift from nature’s boundless grace,
The mango’s joy, we all embrace
