तुम चल रहे हो या ट्रेन
ठहरकर पूछा है कभी खुद से
पूछा होता तो मालूम होता
सपनों के छूट जाने का
दिल के टूट जाने का

मालूम होता की तुम कुछ नहीं
एक शरीर हो जो सबका है
पर तुम्हारा नहीं

विश्वास नहीं होता तो पूछो
खुद से
कैसे तुमने वक़्त से हारकर
सपनों को टूट जाने दिया
किसी के ना कहने से
दिल को टूट जाने दिया

शरीर होता तुम्हारा
अगर उस दिन हारे ना होते
अपने दिल और सपनों को
मारे ना होते

ट्रेन शायद रुकने वाली होगी
पूछ लो खुद से
सच का सामना हो जाये
उतरकर देखना आसपास
मंज़िल के साथ जीने का
मकसद भी मिल जाये।
