Our brain is a powerful tool.
We are slaves to our thoughts.
We can go from peace to mess in
a matter of just one thought.
So when we are sad, like really,
really down, we get very vulnerable
in our head, in our self-esteem.
We start to panic. We start blaming
ourselves for being in this position.
And we start to doubt our own worth.
Am I good enough?
Do I deserve that someone will respect me, want me, and love me?
Am I a loser who ruins everything?
It's all my fault, right?
You know, your whole soul gets drowned in these negative thoughts. On your good day, these thoughts won’t even cross your ears. But on your bad days, these thoughts cut through your heart like a knife. And you bleed. You bleed inside your scared little heart🥺

I have been that pure, too sweet, innocent, and lovely person. And it's hell. You have to be practical. You have to protect your soul. You have to be arrogant and rude with people when they treat you like shit. And it’s all approved by God. God has sent saints. God has sent humans. If you are a saint, then please stay the same. But if you are planning to live a human life, then please change. These heartbreaks and these tears are not beautiful. There is nothing to be proud of in your pure heart if people keep using and leaving you. There is no gold medal for this angelic stupidity. Your life should be about you first, your happiness first, and your peace first. Protect it at any cost without any guilt.

I was worth more than that; I
was and am a living, breathing humaI hope you remember me one day, and
recall the love that we had. I hope
you recollect me fondly, and maybe
even miss me,even if only for a moment.
Because the love I had for you was
pure, and the trust I put in you was
great, and I don’t even hate you for
throwing it away. I don’t even hate
you for breaking me, because I know
it broke you too. You were broken to
begin with, and I just wish that you
hadn’t used me as an emotional
being, with a beating, compassion-
filled heart, one that was prepared to
accept you, imperfections and all. But
it didn’t work out, and we have both
moved on, but I do still remember
you. I could never forget a love like
that, no matter how badly it ended.
