So the pain becomes private, too intimate. Only you feel it, in every inch of your skin. But to others, you stay a smiling picture. You start living two lives. The happy and funny you, that you pretend so that the world can leave you alone. And the real you, that you hide from others so that you can mourn your loss in solitude. It’s not all for bad, to be honest. Sadness makes you realize the depth within your soul. It makes you feel things deeply. It makes you dig deep down to your fears, scars, and emotions. Chalo na firse milte hai hum...... Apni purani sabhi baaton ko bhula kar pehli bar ki tarah milte hai hum, Phir se pehle jaisi baat hogi, phir se ek naya rishta ki shuruat hogi, Haan mein fir se tera naam puchunga aur tum mera haal puchna, Hum hamesa saath rahenge aise waadein fir se hum apse karenge, Jante ho kyu? Kyuki ab sab khatam ho chuka haihai, Hamare rashte alag ho chuke hai. Main yeh nhi keh rahi ki main badle gayi hun. Lekin sach kahun toh ab kahi kho gaye hai hum. Na jane kyu aise lekin ek-dusre se bichchad gaye hum . It’s easier said than done. It’s easier to listen, hop a few meters within your comfort zone, and then press the restart button because you think it’s easier to stop or pause for a little while than to go on. And if you think this is the right decision, then do it. It’s completely okay to stop amidst all the hassles. It’s okay to fall a little behind. It’s okay to get lost in between the lines. It’s okay to keep your bedsheets tangled and drench your pillows. It’s okay to feel weak sometimes. It’s okay to recalibrate or redirect your life. It’s okay to take a rest in such battles but always aim for your strongest come back. After seeking refuge, come back with a much-loaded version of yourself.
