BEAUTY OF NAMIBIA Oh how beautiful she is In the morning sunrise she glitters With rivers and seas she sparkles As the fish bounce in her praises A gorgeous lady she is Kings and queens travel from afar To come and witness Namibia's awe inspiring beauty I'm her majestic beauty, they prostate themselves Then she gives them a taste of her lips with a breeze so tranquil All watch in amazement Her offspring are those of gold and silver So rich with minerals and diamonds flowing up the Kimberly Having a share of the Indian ocean Virgin land she possesses Containing undiscovered riches See the Antelopes jump Watch the buffalos graze Oh come! See the elephants uproot wellfounded oaks Feel the rhinos quake the earth How satisfying it is to watch a giraffe take a drink Listen to birds sing at night Watch them fly in patterns A variety of them, big and small Her stunning features are unending Her beauty will never fade! ©paudom ©Pauline Domingo #myhappiness

THE HOLE The hole is so dark I try finding a bit of light There's just none I can't see the entry nor the exit It's just me and the hole I hear noise Noise of people People having fun They have light everywhere I wish I could see that too I can't move I call out as loud as I can No one answers Life in this hole is so hopeless Life in the depths of depression is life prison Slowly your soul is teared With no motion you die Yes you are the walking dead The body moves but you aren't there I'm just moving lifelessly The earth has hardened It has closed it's mouths for me Although I long to enter the place of the nonliving The earth laughs at me and refuses to open up for me Life disowns me and so does death ©Pauline Domingo #the hole
