'बँटवारा' देश इलाही मेरा देश इलाही खानाबदोश फिर रहा हर राही रूह पुरानी मगर हौसला जवाँ,तो बिस्मिल ना हुआ कोई कारवाँ रास्तो में लाख काटें हो चुभे,पर मिला अपने हक का हिंदुस्ताँ मिट्टी देश की जो लागा ली माथे पर,इबादत ना दूसरी किसीने की हाँ आज़ादी मिल गई आखिर,लेकिन मिटी ना कसक वो सीने की हर एक मज़हब का खुदा अब देता है ये गवाही देश इलाही मेरा देश इलाही खानाबदोश फिर रहा हर राही खौफ़ज़दा अंगारों में,हर शहर घिरा तलवारों में आबरू देश में बहनों की,बिकी खुले बाज़ारो में कतरा कतरा लहू वो बहता,हिंदू मुस्लिम सबसे कहता भाई भाई को देख कर,कभी नज़र ए इताबी न रहता अगर बँटवारा ना होता,कोई इंसान हारा ना होता अगर देश का बँटवारा ना होता नेताओं के दबाव में फुटी हिंदुस्तान की ये सुराही देश इलाही मेरा देश इलाही खानाबदोश अब फिर रहा हर राही होश में न होते तो गर्मजोश ना होते,राहों में घर उनके यूं खामोश ना होते अपनों से अलग होकर औरतें,बच्चे,बूढ़े अपने ही देश में दहशत में ना सोते ना पैगाम गूँजता गलियारों में,ना बहता लहू बहारों में फतवा जो निकाला गया,न पिघलता हिंदुस्तान बँटवारो में हिंदू मुस्लिम ना होते दूर,अगर जिन्नाह को ना चढ़ता फितूर रहता ना कोई इंसान मज़बूर मुक्कमल वतन चाहा था,ऐसी आज़ादी किसी ने ना चाही देश इलाही मेरा देश इलाही खानाबदोश अब फिर रहा हर राही Happy Independence Day...#hemansh14
