The Struggle Within Life's a constant test, Desires unmet, a feeling of unrest, A simple life, but we're rejected still, For every want, we must pay the bill. Sacrifices made, in one way or another, Disheartening, indeed, like a weight to smother, We see others thriving, keeping up the pace, Wondering how they accomplished with grace Some have support , both parents in their stride, Finding success, with love as their guide. With others, just one, still find their way, But for some, it's a different play. Time to time, competition very long, Haunting for space, in order to belong. My first lover To be honest, my first time in a relationship single lad who knows girls with girlfriends; mindset convinced myself want love like I'll never be hurt read those fears are nothing but assumptions little traces of memories of how I found love seeing an imperfect person perfectly; fall in thinking of someone with unrevealed emotions Regular basis push me to trial which turns positive frequent visits, happened so quick (about 10days) signs one could tell he's happy with her better half Her sweet voice, we've called each other names, Love mostly acted right even at our lowest point of patience. it hit hard to recall as something went wrong 3 months to our first anniversary, asking for reassurance for whatnot! Maybe it takes so long to know someone for real; true or maybe we didn't give each other time and experience but I blamed myself would have stayed, and solved our connection that became colder baby girl moved on so fast man after man to next... just felt kind of down if I attributed to such lust.
