I watch the drapes
At the window flutter.
My eyes half-wide, mind dizzy
Tried capturing the moment
Lyk a camera out of focus,
Blurred memories and missed calls
Crying in the background.
Some days being alive
Is enough work for the day...

Shivery winds and July rains
Grey skies and cold dewy grass
Fallen leaves and crystal puddles
A crushed flower in her half-read book
Preferring adrak chai to her usual coffee
Wrapped in a soft linen shawl
She came out in the balcony
Sat there with the sole company of
Her phone's playlist
Watching the rain drizzle and
The world sway,
She enjoyed her own company.
July is a perplexing mix of
Gleeful and Disappointing days
Lyk Rainbows and Thunderstorms
Healing as well as Letting go...

I paint my inner walls
With the hues of a dark stary night,
Where fireflies accompany me
In my next unknown quest of lyf.
I lay down and stare at the stars
Until I sleep to a new dream,
The stars reminds me
Of the little magic in my heart
And the flickering light in my soul.
Every night I count the stars
And try creating a story for each,
So that when I reach these stars
Our interwined soul burn the brightest
With the fuel of our stories
Leaving a legacy of this love behind...

Jo apne gusse mei fiqr chupata hai

Bachpan mei seene se laga kar yehi to sulate hai
Bade hone ke baad bhi hume acchi taalim dete hai.

Mehnat ka kamana apne hi sikhaya hai
Gair-Mashruut mohabbat apne hi dikhaya hai

Bin soche apni saari khwaishon ko piche chod deta hai

শূন্য ছিল মন নানা কোলাহলে ঢাকা,
নানা আনাগোনা আঁকা দিনের মতন।
নানা জনতায় ফাঁকা, কর্মে অচেতন
শূন্য ছিল মন।
জানিনা কখন এলো নূপুর বিহীন নিঃশব্দ গোধূলি।
দেখি নাই স্বর্ণরেখা, কি লিখিল শেষ লেখা
দিনান্তের তুলি।
আমি যে ছিলাম একা তাও ছিনু ভুলে,
আইলো গোধূলি।
হেনোকালে আকাশের বিস্ময়ের মত
কোন সর্গ হতে চাঁদখানি লয়ে হেসে
শুক্লসন্ধ্যা এলো ভেসে আঁধারের স্রোতে।
বুঝি সে আপনি মেশে
আপনি আলোতে এলো কথা হতে।।।
