Depression उस दिन इंसानियत पर एक बार फिर धब्बा लगा था ,लोगों ने जब उसके डिप्रेशन को आजकल का फैशन कहा था। लोगों ने उसके अकेलेपन को पागलपन का नाम दिया था, परवरिश की कमी कहकर उसकी हालत को समझने से इनकार किया था। उसकी खामोशियों में छिपी ढेर सारी बातों को कोई समझ नहीं पाया था, मर्द होकर औरत की तरह रोता रहता है यह कह कर सबने हंसी उड़ाया था। जब-जब अपनी तकलीफ उसने लोगों को बताया था, वक्त के साथ सब ठीक हो जाएगा यह कहकर सबने उससे अपना पीछा छुड़ाया था। उसकी सारी उम्मीदें टूट सी गई थी! उसकी किस्मत भी जैसे उससे रूठ सी गई थी! खुद को खत्म करने का उसके मन में विचार आया था, आखिरी रात भी जब उसने अपने सबसे अच्छे दोस्त को मिलने बुलाया था, तब भी उसके दोस्त ने खुद को व्यस्त बताया था। अगर किसी ने उसके डिप्रेशन का इलाज कराया होता, उसकी मुश्किल भरे पलों में साथ निभाया होता और अगर उसका सबसे अच्छा दोस्त आखिरी रात भी उससे मिलने आया होता! यकीन मानो , वो हमारे साथ यहां होता वो, हमारे पास यहां होता। -shilpa chaudhary #depression #depressionkills #depressionisreal #LostTracks
