Why do I feel dejected when I do not see you in my mind's eye Know not how I am connected, why do I feel the pain when your heart aches? Is it love or something else? Know not why I crave something which I never desire. Why do I fancy moving away from reality to the paradise of my dreams though I know it is only for a while? Know not why my heart bleeds, why do tears roll down my cheeks, why do my earth cry in pain, why do my nights become noisy, days so dry when I do not sense you in your ebullient self? I know it is certainly not infatuation, not love the way it is understood It is beyond the body and mind, I do not know what it is, maybe the romance of two souls, hugging each other on a distant isle.
