White Haq bhi utna ki saamne Wale ko bandish na lage ,
Na ho koi use ghutan na khud ko hi
o ek pinjre me band kaidi lge ,
Khamoshi se agar samjh sake sab kuch to sahi hai ,
Ki meri awaz use kato ki tarah na chubhe ,
Ahsaaas mere agar samjh sake to samjhe ,
Nahi to khkar usse sunne ko kahu ,
Aur meri har bate use bojh si lage ,
Uski bate bhi sunu aur khamoshi bhi ,
Samjhu uske har ahsaaaso ko ki kvi apne
ahsaaaso ko us par jabardasti na dalu ,
Muskuraye wo to uski muskurahat ki wajah mai banu ,
Uski udasi ki wajah banne ke bad mai kvi khud ko na kosu,
Rahu mai hamesa khud me magan ,
Mai kahi uski zindagi ka koi lamha nahi chinu ,
Jiye wo zindagi apni marzi se,
mai kvi uski zindagi jeene me koi pareshani na banu.

I write 2021

I'm sitting outside while I write
In a couple hours it will be daylight
Rain has been falling overnight
Now everything is wet in sight
The chill in the air has a bite
Cover up in your blankets tight
Seeing this weather will not excite
But I have a hot coffee to my delight
The caffeine gets my brain to ignite
In my head I read over and recite
Maybe I can give a bit of insight
My stomach feels like it's in a dogfight
Perhaps its time to tend to my appetite
My belly sometimes is not very polite
I will end this and I will take flight
As for now I will go back inside
