New Year 2025 New Years Eve 2024

Just a few hours from now is midnight
Another year will have passed us by
New members to the family arrived
Others have passed which made us cry

Losing someone close to you is horrible
A person you looked up to or admired
Now a thought that reminds us of them
Our question of why ....goes unanswered

Christmas just wasn't the same this year
New years will be lonely and irrelevant

We cherish our memories, now prominent

In some situations a new addition to add
A newborn baby having their first winter

Some folks gain in one year , other folks
