I hide beneath the lies
Of any that have pried
I just keep it all inside
From ones who have tried

It feels like I've died
Like a drought I'm dried
I'm so tired of this ride
Lost in a shifting tide

It's affecting my stride
And soon to my pride
No one sees my side
Strange looks I get eyed

In no one can I confide
This had grown so wide
Maybe time I can bide
Until its gone and flied
