Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.

Echoes of the great city Life #Life_Story love poetry in english Extraterrestrial life poetry lovers

White In this great city, shadows loom,
A dance of contrasts, joy and gloom.
Where there is love, there is hatred near,
Hearts entwined, yet hearts in fear.
Where whispers plot, courage stands tall,
Battling treachery, answering its call.
But solace, a phantom, evades our sight,
No relief, only endless night.
Each step we take, the ground may quake,
Doom lurking in choices we make.
Yet through the cracks, a light may gleam,
Fleeting hope, a fragile dream.
In this great city, life unfolds,
A tale of iron, dust, and gold.
Through love and loss, through dark and bright,
We carve our paths, chasing the light.
