দোলযাত্রার দিন বাতিল প্রায় ৩০০ লোকাল ট্রেন, যাত্রীদের চূড়ান্ত ভোগান্তির আশঙ্কা দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্তে বেড়াতে যাওয়ার জন্য চলছে ২২টি হোলি স্পেশাল ট্রেন। পূর্ব রেল জানিয়েছে, রবিবার হাওড়া-বর্ধমান শাখার বর্ধমান স্টেশন চত্বরে ডাউন মেন লাইনে লাইন রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের কাজ চলবে। সেই কারণে হাওড়া-বর্ধমান শাখা এবং শিয়ালদহ-বর্ধমান শাখায় ১৪টি লোকাল ট্রেন বাতিল করা হয়েছে। আবার দোলযাত্রার দিন যাত্রী কম থাকবে, এই আশঙ্কায় শিয়ালদহ ডিভিশনে চলবে না ২৩৪টি লোকাল ট্রেন। হাওড়ায় বাতিল করা হয়েছে ৬৫টি লোকাল। দোল উপলক্ষে রাজ্যজুড়ে ছুটি থাকলেও নানা কারণে ট্রেনে একপ্রান্ত থেকে অন্য প্রান্তে যেতে হয় মানুষকে। কেউ ব্যবসার কাজে তো কেউ হাসপাতালে পৌঁছতে ট্রেনের ভরসায় থাকেন। কিন্তু একযোগে প্রায় তিনশো ট্রেন বাতিল করে দেওয়ায় যাত্রীদের সমস্যা যে যে চরমে পৌঁছবে, তা বলাই বাহুল্য। এই দুর্ভোগের জন্য রেলের তরফে বিবৃতি দিয়ে দুঃখপ্রকাশও করা হয়েছে। ©BANGLE TIMES #Train
