White Heart Wrenching SOMETHING I LOOK AT-255 The Harrowing Tale Know not How to console that mother Who has lost her heart and soul That old father Who has lost his eyes and ears The newlywed Who has lost all her tears The sister Waiting for his loving brother Since days, months and years Know not How to console All those friends Waiting for their near and dear The family Which has lost its bread and butter All those who are part of this nightmare And those who witnessed it from close quatre Know not How to console the man in me Silently enduring the pangs of sorrow Like a mute spectator And all like me Lost in a pool of sorrow Will there be any taker If I say things happen contrary to will But life goes on? Who will accept it When their love and blood Are on the funeral pyre And life on a burning cauldron? What to do Except putting our little bit like a squirrel To help ameliorate the situation Praying for the departed soul And the bereaved family Being with them In their moment of agony and tear Smruti Ranjan Mohanty ©Smruti Ranjan Mohanty #Emotional_Shayari Heart Wrenching SOMETHING I LOOK AT-255 The Harrowing Tale Know not How to console that mother

White SOMETHING I LOOK AT -1 BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY ? I love you, you have in you the sentiments and emotions of all from a child in his teens to an old guard looking at the world through a pair of coloured glasses and repenting why you were not there when he was as young and cheerful as you are. l like you, you have witnessed, love and frustration, agony and apathy, emotions at extreme, yet remained indifferent untouched by it. You are a good friend, you never carry me away, and let me lose touch with reality and a platform to look at me and the world around with all dexterity. I love you, you have in you the beauties of the world, the thought of present and the passion of yesteryears. I like the way you carried yourself over the years silently enduring the sorrows and happinesses unfolded on you. You remained within but above it, only carried some likes, and comments which are never yours. I do not know if it is facebook on which I share views, or it is the mirror I daily look at. copyright@smruti ranjan 1.6.2015 ©Smruti Ranjan Mohanty #sad_quotes SOMETHING I LOOK AT -1 BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY ? White SOMETHING I LOOK AT-171 BY- SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY In between In between you and me stands nothing except my self-esteem that never allows me to forget my identity and accept you the way you want me In between you and me stands nothing except your ego and priorities that keep you away from the reality, the source from which you have been and never allow you to accept me the way I want to be Man being what he is becomes an unwanted entity the day he fails to deliver and wither away from the main theatre. I know it so also you. Let us accept the truth neither I am in your world nor you can be in mine I hope you never want me to be an antique in a corner and you be a helpless spectator silently witnessing my self-esteem shattered, enduring me with all your love, alienation, predicament and tear. No doubt we love each other, but what comes in between is our self-conceit and preferences. Let me be in my world, in my world of reality, dreams and fancies and you on your ivory tower living, loving and respecting each other from a distance without trespassing into each other's domain. "Sun and Fog" Sunlit days, soul takes flight, Fog descends, cold dims the light. Fears creep near, shadows grow, Torn from you, tears silently flow. Time's tide I ride, wounds I mend, Sorrows flow, to peace descend. Dreams take flight, then fade to naught, Lost in illusions, dearly bought. Time's game unfolds, your name I hold, See my plight, etched in the fold. Sunlit days, soul takes flight, Lost in fog, cold dims the light. ©Santosh Jangam #poem The poem's message is about life's ups and downs, finding hope despite challenges, and the enduring power of love.

White SOMETHING I LOOK AT-169 BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY I fall asleep and get up only to find me in abysmal slumber once more. I feel fed up with myself and things happening around only to find me deeply engrossed little later I lived and died enjoyed and endured, spent the whole of my time moving forward and going back without accelerating and understanding life, its relationship with cause, space and time. I spent my whole life without understanding its purpose., without realising that life is a conundrum. Life has been one step forward one step backward and I am where I was long back Everything around changed but I remained the same enjoying and enduring life without understanding its purpose and meaning. At times, I feel... a dry desert is pervading within me, at times , I see an ever green forest is growing within me... I feel confused .... try to search the fountain of bliss deep inside Life has been a meaningless endeavour in pursuit of nothing I returned back where I started long long a go accomplishing nothing in the process only to see the entire life consumed in a movement forward and backward from high to low, from darkness to light and light to darkness.... this movement is nothing but a riddle. "The Call of the Village" Village whispers, memories sweet, City's chaos, heart's retreat. Fields of gold, childhood's play, Urban rush, dreams in fray. Village breeze, soul's reprieve, City's grip, can't deceive. Neighbor's love, like kin's embrace, Village's pull, a timeless grace. In city's maze, longing's sigh, Village's call, like a lullaby. Nature's hymn, in fields I'll soar, Village's embrace, forevermore. Village paths, where dreams ignite, City's glare, dims their light. Rustling leaves, a gentle hum, City's roar, a deafening drum. Village nights, stars alight, City's skyline, blocks the sight. Simple joys, in village's fold, City's grip, a story untold. Village laughter, echoes pure, City's rush, dreams obscure. In village's heart, I find my song, City's pull, it won't be long. ©Santosh Jangam #poem The poem's moral underscores the enduring value of rural simplicity and the importance of staying connected to one's roots amidst the

"Mother's Embrace" "In the embrace of mother's love divine, In your joy, once more, I find mine. Through dreamy eyes, I see you near, In the garden of my mind, verdant and clear. Flying high on love's gentle breeze, Like a kite, I soar, heart at ease. In moonlit nights, adorned with grace, I walk the path of love, finding solace. Your eyes, a beacon in my darkest night, In love's ocean, I swim, seeking light. Entwined by heartstrings, wounds I heal, With your touch, laughter I feel. Birth's purpose fulfilled in love's sweet embrace, Eternity found in your loving grace. Your name echoes in the depths of my soul, Chanting love's mantra, making me whole. In separation's flames, I seek your embrace, Beneath love's tree, finding peace and grace. Never distant, though physically apart, In memories of you, I reside in heart. Through lifetimes, your love I pursue, In this world and beyond, our love renew. Forgetting all else, in your love I dwell, In this life, in your love, may my heart find its spell." ©Santosh Jangam #motherlove The moral of "Mother's Embrace" is the enduring strength and comfort found in a mother's love.

"Shiv Kankana : Drama" Amidst fragrant airs, flags unfurled, Gajanan's sight, drama swirls. In "Shiv Kankana," valor's tale, Hearts ignite, love prevails. Shivaji's saga, Chandanagad's lore, Raiba and Manjula, love's encore. In battle's clamor, sovereignty's call, Drums beat, banners fall. Traitors quiver, sovereignty's might, Vanish in the sovereign's light. Khan's deceit, Mughal's snare, Shivaji's message, Raiba's aware. In battle's heat, Raiba stands tall, Defending righteousness, through it all. Bullets faced, with a smile, Victory's path, all the while. Through Manjula, Shivaji's word, Raiba's flag, in triumph stirred. Sacrifice's tale, in Maharashtra's fold, Raiba's legacy, forever bold. Inspiring valor, freedom's quest, Raiba's spirit, eternally blessed. In history's tome, Raiba's name, "Shiv Kankana," love's flame. In Maharashtra's heart, it shall reign, "Shiv Kankana," valor's refrain. ©Santosh Jangam #poem The Poem "Shiv Kankana" is about the enduring values of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism, as exemplified by the characters like Chha

White SOMETHING I LOOK AT-249 BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY Why you seek me outside? I am in you, deep within Living your life Enjoying and enduring your moments Happiness and sorrow Pain and pleasure Cheer and tear As mine, exclusively mine Neither you are part of me Nor I am part of you You are my whole being I am yours When identification is complete You never remain yourself Become someone else The object of your love With whom you identify The pleasure of the body is for moments Felicity of the soul is infinite Be my soul Reign in the heart of my heart Nothing will exist between you and me Except waves of bliss When the soul romances with the soul Fulfilment rains The peacock of joy opens its wings And dances under the shower of contentment Romancing with the Soul Is not the same as Romancing with the body and mind One who knows the former Knows what love is Infinite ecstasy, infinite bliss Not limited by space and time. I feel you You feel me Is it not enough? Do we need anything else? Will we relish When love will not remain love Become something different? "Unspoken Love" In wordless realms, our bond holds sway, Emotions silent, yet they betray. Heart's desires, in stolen glance, Flames ablaze, in silent dance. Loyalty firm, yet mind does roam, Seeking solace, amidst tempest's foam. Touches speak, where words retreat, Parting joy, sorrows fleet. Laughter's call, with sigh embraced, In imperfect world, love's grace. Pleasure's dance, in transient trance, Thread of wisdom, in life's advance. I, star bright, in vast expanse above, Spreading peace, with steadfast love." ©Santosh Jangam #"Unspoken Love" The moral of the poem is that love speaks through silent gestures, enduring despite challenges, and offering solace amids
