White When Desires Rise When desires rise, like whispered flames, Reason fades, forgetting names. A single touch, a glance, a spark, And shadows dance within the dark. Logic waits by reason’s door, Silent now, not heard before, As passion’s pull, fierce and swift, Carries the heart in a headlong drift.
