Outside after midnight Outside after midnight Hours from daylight Might need a flashlight There's not even moonlight A few random headlights Can see only a few streetlights The sky is full of starlight Up the street is a stop sign All this I can see with my eyesight A friend passing by is my highlight She was walking along the roadside She couldn't stay so I said goodnight The bugs around is the only downside I think I will go in and rest my backside I will walk get up now and go inside The end of this poem has been implied ©Schizology Outside after midnight #outside #Midnight #poem✍🧡🧡💛

We don’t know who time will bring into our lives, We don’t know the inner world of the guest who arrives. As their importance grows in the toil of our thoughts, Respect for experiences with them also grows. The conversations we have turn into memories. We don’t know if fate will guide the path with them or not, But in that companionship, trust becomes the foundation of longing. In the journey we take from somewhere, step by step, there are footprints alongside ours. If the purpose of time is to make that bond last forever, The inspiration for that comes from within the heart.
