And so are you, venturing out at this hour. Quite ahead of your time, ignorant, reckless. And oh, dead! Much like the dog, you are powerful. Staking lives of a ten thousand humans. I read a poem everyday. And I write one. Today, I read about the dog that Bukowski talked about. Now, I write about the swine that foolishly walked about. I sit down, in my verandah, to write a poem. I see men huddling up on streets and all I can think about is writing to you, to stay home. Trick question: Which will get to you first? Corona or stupidity? #QuaranTimes #StayHome

#NaPoWriMo Quite a night, this one. Unleashing a first of its kind. A rarity in these times, I tell ya! Rosy, dreamy, unlike the others. A virus that went rogue, a ruse. Nomadic, always on the move. Today though, it seems contained. I wonder how, I wonder why. Never mind, probably for the best. End of dream. It's dawn. I wake up. Dare I think it was real. The virus stayed at its home, you. But hey, this I ask, why didn't you? What about me, you ask? Read the first verse again. Only the first letters.
