I take a few bones from the spine that my mother grows while standing up for herself, against everyone else. I take some sweat from my father's hands that have aged and got wet due to working under the scorching sun. I take some blood from my sisters and friends who tell me the stories of their jerk bosses and exes, from whom they boldly walk away. I finally wrap some skin of my own that fosters the blood, bones and sweat to build a home large enough so that they all, who make me, can call it a home of their own.
