I tried to fit january into a poem I couldn't get the metaphors right Jan found it too heavy and I couldn't find anything light. I tried prose An essay perhaps? Jan looking askance at me, said "I'm here to dress you neither in prose nor poetry But in your own forgotten skin, that of humanity" and Jan left me, unasked alone with my nudity, unmasked.
