The patients in the doctor's waiting room area were patiently watching me coughing incessantly. Thankfully I had my mask on. I dashed inside to the doctor's room when my turn came after half an hour of literally coughing my lungs out. The examination table welcomed me. Doctor saab examined my nose, eyes, my throat and i almost coughed on his face.

He was the new doctor in our locality and the only one who had kept his clinic open bindaas during the curfew time, attending to one and all, for a few extra rupees more, of course.

Here he was, standing before me, looking at my face with alarm. I somehow felt uneasy under that gaze. "Maybe it was my present indisposed state", the mind reasoned. He liesurely adjuted his stethoscope and put it to my chest. In a matter of a few seconds he had brushed his hands against my poor breasts, all the while sporting a blank, innocent look on his face. Before I could even collect myself and react, a loud slap landed on his cheek that sent him spinning and his shitty spectacles flying. He looked shaken as he felt another slap on the other free cheek. "Justice for both cheeks" said a familiar voice but strangely, there was nobody visible anywhere.
