Criticisms criticism is very important for our growth as a person as a human being,if one takes his/her criticism in right perspective and in right mindset ,you will be able to reduce your mistakes to minimum. But one should not let criticism take over you emotionally because it can take you down in big way, you will feel depressed and unworthy of anything.
