what is yoga? "yog kya hai? this question and analysis of this is coming again and again in my mind.i researched a lot. I used my academic knowledge, spritual knowledge, srimad Bhagavad Gita and knowledge which I gained from loyality and job. now I come with an answer which I corelated with spritual book gita and our job.
