White When I feel tired, I drink a glass of water, close my eyes, and lie down, thinking that my head is on my mother's lap. This used to be my go-to remedy whenever I got worn out during childhood days. Within around five to ten minutes, I get refreshed again, and I say, "Thanks, Amma, I love you," before bouncing back.
