my truth was denied, my traumas were despised, by everyone I could find and confine, in, turned my body into a chronic stress psychosomatic battlefield, Injury after injury, but none helped me, until it all turned into a chain reaction of physical injuries, but none gave a damn about the root which is a wretched, mental health chemistry, I couldn't speak and my coping, mechanisms were hated as much as I hated myself for what I had turned into, I've lived my entire life, in utter misery and survival mode, that I just can't get rid of this fright n flight, you don't know what is it like to go through mental health psychosis like crises, every one knows what not to feed to a diabetic, but no one ever even cared to even read a line, or two about my endless suffering. The only thing that helped to ease it was music, is music and will always be..
