Travel “That One Disobeyed Instruction” Man was so loved by God, His own image He imprinted on dust, He gave him a glorious life in a garden, And above all, His trust. Adam was asked to care for the place, Allowed to eat any fruit except the one, Eve handed him a bite to take, Just one disobeyed instruction & evil had won. Saul was a lowly man, The least of his tribe, God handed him a country to rule, And did royalty to him ascribe. Defeat the enemy said the Lord, Leave none alive, Saul felt he knew better & chose differently, And his kingship took a dive. Solomon was chosen to sit on his father’s throne, The great temple to be built was assigned to him, Young though he was, he asked for divine wisdom, Delighted, God fulfilled his every whim. Just one thing, Solomon, said the Almighty Women worshipping other Gods, do not marry With age he cared less for this instruction, With God left behind, his magnificent life turned dreary. So Christian, what is the one instruction You are ignoring today? The one that you deem insignificant Might be the doom of your play. Every word that is written in Scripture, Is recorded there for a reason, Read it, absorb it and obey without question, It will preserve you till God’s harvest season.
