Off-hand I threw a seed, Gave it some water, Ample shade, Slowly, shoots began to show, I waited a little more, A shrub did grow, Thicket it became, Blocking my daily view, Of the beautiful rose, I began to lose, AND I DIDN'T WAIT for the PLANT to grow I gave it LIFE AND DEATH, So, I thought, The shrub now fought, Nature became my foe, Spreading the shrubs pollen cargo, I forget the rose, Now there is a new force, In summer, the shrub overshadows me with gusto.
