Here is the critical appreciation of my poem "A LOOK AT LIFE 42" by none other than the eminent poet and internationally acclaimed literary critic Prof Cijo Joseph Channel. Thanks and gratitude sir for your brilliant appreciation of the poem in beautiful words Dear Smruti Ranjaniji, Your poem titled"A Look At Life-42" is a poem of deep-rooted philosophical and theological renditions regarding human beings and their existence in general. The wholesome reality that we all do often miss regarding this universe is that it is a holistic and comprehensive entity altogether, there can't be two opinions regarding that. There is a rare unity in diversities prevailing in this world, that unity adds sustainability and longevity to this world. Although we are all part of that universal truth and do belong to it one way or other, the fact of the matter is that we divide this world into thousand divisions one way or the other conveniently forgetting about the essentiality of the oneness of this universe. Although heterogeneities, pluralities and differences separate us, there is an underlying unity in all these divergences all the way. The evolution we have gone through has come from that central processing truth. The tiniest particles to mega structures here on earth do have a linkage towards that ultimate truth, the God Almighty, in fact, whatever we see here is a manifestation and embodiment of the God Almighty in action. We are part and parcel of that bigger truth, the moment we realise this discerning truth, we are redeemed to the core.Kudos to you for composing such a poem of spiritually multidimensional one.
