February 11th 3 24 am Middle of the night There's nothing but dark Outside not much light Scary time at the park Streetlights shine beyond Ducks are making a fit They belt out their songs On the lake quacking a bit Occasionally a car passes The engine heard clearly It travels by quite fast The sound heard briefly Wide awake I'm writing Sleep was not in the cards I should be dreaming now But even that seems hard ©Schizology February 11th 3:24 am #February #LateNight #poem✍🧡🧡💛
