Hey June! When I was in schooling, You’re one exciting beginning New uniform, fancy bottles and bags Different teachers and classroom. Some faces were disappeared without having a chance to reason, But still benches were tightly packed with new ones. As the tan caused by May has slowly been fading, A new array of hues were formed in June! One such June has brought my favourite pink lady bird cycle, Another has offered me a separate bed room. A lot of changes still the little me saw everything With mere keenness in her eyes! Oh my good old June, Why can’t you be the same now? This May wasn’t fair or fun, No beaches and tan. Dreaded and drained inside the four walls; It was utter difficult to see a ray of hope everyday. But still we’re here; Awaiting for the new beginning which you used to bring! Once again pack our deck with people around Let us to breathe the fresh air without mask Please heal the world and restore hope If not our favourite cycle, At least you offer us a ride as pillion.
