You know, newspapers are considered as the mirror of the society and when in those newspapers I read about the heart-wrenching Nirbhaya rape case in Delhi, when I felt the terror of injustice happened with a little girl in Kathua, my conscience compelled me to write some reverent words for your sake.
You're truly the epitome of courage. It's indeed very tough to forget the demonic deeds that happened with you, still you've overcome it and for this you deserve a salute. You are a role model for the entire feminine gender. Even thinking about what had happened with you, I get goosebumps. It's truly said that in the dark when a shadow lurks; men fear it's a ghost, women fear it's a man.
One more thing I would like to tell you that never feel guilty. You were not wrong but the morons. Your crop top wasn't responsible for your sitch but the nasty minds of the rapists. Your lipstick was never the attention seeker but it's the scarcity of ethics in them. You were utterly innocent but the society reveals vulpine intentions.
It's true that the physical scars are healed shortly but not the mental ones. It's the tendency of the stereotypical society to blame you. The rapists will not be abhorred but you.
