Whenever I write a poem, they do not arise from me

Whenever I write a poem, they do not arise from me, rather they often find me on the roads, in the streets, in the faces of the people, in the behavior, activities of the people. Every day thousands of poems keep running parallel to the people on the streets. Just someone picks them up from there and lines them up and gives the form of poetry. The poet would word them beautifully and eloquently so that everyone would find it his story.
Similarly, hundreds of ideas are also scattered everywhere, just need eyes to recognize them. A capable person recognizes them and starts working on them. Starting this work is actually the reason for his success. If you see, there is no shortage of ideas and opportunities these days, just need to concentrate your intellect and conscience and think. These ideas are often visible to everyone, but they tend to be the one who first catches them and starts working on them. I have also often seen at work places that many people have the ability to recognize the ideas scattered at the workplace. Which can help in task simplification, but only a few of them have the ability to implement it as a kaizen.
