Can love happen Twice?
With every sunrise,
in a room where emptiness resides,
Stormy thoughts and oceans in your eyes.
Picking up the broken pieces ,
the evidence of all your fights.

You've locked the doors of your heart,
Hid the key out of sight.
Thinking you've been broken in ways,
You'll never see the brighter side.

After long u felt alright,
Finally there was someone to hold you tight .
Not a replacement of first love,
but someone new had a place on the left side.

You were so busy holding onto memories to realize,
It is not the person you miss
but the love , care and efforts that were trivialised.

It's not that love can't happen twice,
might not the kind you adviced.
But someone putting broken pieces right to your surprise,
giving you back those butterflies.

With years passing by ,
When your tears finally dry.
