The clock ticks the same for every being every day. With every passing moment, we create our world with our thoughts and actions. We often do the blunder of only pursuing aspects that lead to instant gratification, because it gives us the illusion that we get more joy with less time and effort. And by the time we realise that both the joy and benefits of such pursuits are short lived, the damage would have been done. We do it at the cost of our own health, or relationships, as both these aspects need more time for lasting strength. Let only the endurance of joy and benefits gained from the desired result, and our ability to contribute, dictate what our pursuits are. Human relationships are nurtured only through meaningful and reinforcing mutual contributions to each other's lives. In short, it's through the time we are able to give the other in thought or action. There's never a time when we don't have time. The time we choose to spare for anybody or anything, depends upon the value we believe that person or thing would add to our lives, in the present.
