We played Peekaboo,
the sunlight and me.

I started running
deep into the dark abyss.

I hid myself well
so it couldn't find me.

But it was the sun
capturing my earth.

As it grew nearer,
My heart was beating,
bustling and bloomed.

The things from which
I kept running away,
were the ones that were
destined to stay.

And I then
was enlightened for eternity. A Game of Peekaboo

Sometimes we runaway from change, even if might be for good. We feel happy in our caged world thinking it's risky outside. But sometimes change is for the best and we should accept it.
