তোর শরীরের নরম আঁচে ,
পুড়ছে আমার দীর্ঘশ্বাস।

সিক্ত হাতের রিক্ত ছোঁয়ায়;
করছে আমার প্রাণ উচাটন।

মায়াবী চোখের নীরব ভাষা,
দিচ্ছে ডাক বারংবার।

ভাবছি আমি কি বিচিত্র এই প্রেম;
সত্যই তাই না হে,
সেলুকাস!

বন্ধুত্বের আড়ালে ভালোবাসা থাকুক

কাগজে, কলমে নাইবা পেলাম তোমার পরিচিতিতে নিজের পরিচয়।
আমার সিঁথি জুড়ে না হয় নাইবা বাঁধলে তোমার আগাম স্বপ্ন-খানা।
গুনগুনিয়ে আসা জোনাকির ভিড়ে, চাদরে মোড়া সুখের রাজ্যে,
আমি নাহয় সঙ্গী নাইবা হলাম।
'বেমানান' নামের পরিচিতিতেই নাহয়
নিজেকে কড়া হাতে গড়লাম।
থাকুক না, এ সুমধুর বন্ধুত্ব নামক প্রলেপ টা!
যত্নে রেখো নাহয়,
তোমার ঠিকানায় আমার শেষ চিঠিটা।
মেঘের আড়ালে বিষন্নতাদের ঢেকে;
ভালোবাসার আড়ালে তুমি বন্ধু হয়েই থেকো।
কথার উলেই নাহয় বুনে চলি 'বন্ধুত্বটা'!
