Chicken Kebab Recipe 

Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala powder- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to spice preference)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and vegetable oil. This will be the marinade for the chicken kebabs.

2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well, ensuring that all the chicken pieces are coated evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using a grill, make sure to skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.

4. Place the chicken kebabs on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the outside. Turn the kebabs occasionally to ensure even cooking.
